Regulation on Media Partners
of the International Forum Engineering Technologies 2012


Media Partners of the International Forum Engineering Technologies 2012 (hereinafter Forum) are Russian and foreign specialized and non-specialized mass media: periodicals, radio and TV broadcasting channels, Internet portals, information agencies. Media partners provide full scale coverage and publicity leading up to and during the event. A media partner can contribute the combination of the following:

- Placement of information on the upcoming event;
- Publication of the graphic ad-information module of the Forum;
- Forum banner placement on the media home page with the link to the exhibition web site;
- Duplication of information material from the Forum web site in the NEWS section of the media web site;
- Forum ad placement in the media news lines;
- On-line broadcasting;
- E-mail blasts;
- News about the upcoming event in the current affairs programs;
- Detailed interviews of the members of the Forum Organizing Committee in the core TV program;
- Special feature articles, news programs in prime-time in the media directly before the event;
- Post-show special feature articles in analytical news programs.

Depending upon the volume of rendered media support Media Partners of the Forum are subdivided into three groups:

GENERAL MEDIA PARTNERS,

OFFICIAL MEDIA PARTNERS,

MEDIA PARTNERS


General Media Partner Status could be assigned to one of the leading media in its category upon the decision of the Forum Organizing Committee on the basis of the provided information and advertising support in the agreed volume for the amount of not less than:

7 million rubles for the federal channels;
4 million rubles for the electronic media;
3 million rubles for the printed general political media.

Official Media Partner Status could be assigned to the media upon the decision of the Forum Organizing Committee on the basis of the provided information and advertising support in the agreed volume for the amount of not less than:

500 thousand rubles for the trade media;
1 million rubles for other media.

Media Partner Status could be assigned to the media upon the decision of the Forum Organizing Committee on the basis of the provided information and advertising support in the agreed volume for the amount of not less than:

100 thousand rubles for the trade media;
300 thousand rubles for other media.


         General Media Partner:

1. General Media Partner is assigned with the official status of the Forum General Media Partner, the confirming certificate is handed.

2. General Media Partner receives the right to use the status of the Forum General Media Partner in all its own marketing communications.

3. General Media Partner acquires the right for accreditation of the representatives (in the amount agreed upon with the Organizing Committee) to all Forum events.

4. During the Forum advertizing campaign General Media Partner receives the right to place its logotype in the Forum advertizing module with the obligatory indication of its status in the outdoor advertising and print media. Volumes and dates are to be agreed with the Organizer.

5. During the Forum General Media Partner is provided with the opportunity to place its audio material on the Forum official information and advertising media at the territory of FSUE Gromov Flight Research Institute.
All the original material on the Partner (radio clips) is provided by the Partner.

6. General Media Partner is provided with the opportunity to place its information and advertizing material in the special Forum Exhibitor Information Package.

7. General Media Partner is provided with the opportunity to distribute its information and advertizing material at the Forum events**, including Plenary Session.

8. General Media Partner is provided with the pass of the category "Delegate of the Forum" (VIP) with the right to visit the Forum's plenary session.

9. General Media Partner is provided with the entrance tickets for the Forum events (in the number agreed with the Forum Organizing Committee).

10. General Media Partner is provided with the passes for the cars to the VIP-parking zone (in the number agreed upon with the Forum Organizing Committee).

11. General Media Partner is provided with the invitations for the Forum official reception on the occasion of the Forum opening (in the number agreed upon with the Forum Organizing Committee) with the honorable right for its representative to make a speech at this event.

12. General Media Partner is entitled to receive special thanks at the Forum official reception on the occasion of the Forum opening.

13. General Media Partner is provided with the unequipped chalet (S = 80 sq. m.) at the territory of the exhibition complex.

14. General Media Partner is provided with the special compartment (under the request of the General Media Partner) of not more than 12 sq. m. at the territory of the Forum Press Center.

15. General Media Partner is provided with the corporate cell in the Forum Press Center.


         Official Media Partner:

1. Official Media Partner is assigned with the official status of the Forum Official Media Partner, the confirming certificate is handed.

2. Official Media Partner receives the right to use the status of the Forum Official Media Partner in all its own marketing communications.

3. Official Media Partner acquires the right for accreditation of the representatives (in the amount agreed upon with the Organizing Committee) to all Forum events.

4. During the Forum advertizing campaign at the territory of FSUE Gromov Flight Research Institute Official Media Partner receives the right to place its logotype in the Forum Official Partners advertizing module with the obligatory indication of its status in the outdoor advertising and print media. Volumes and dates are to be agreed with the Organizer (The type and number of the carriers are to be agreed upon with the Forum Organizing Committee).

5. During the Forum Official Media Partner is provided with the opportunity to place its audio material on the Forum official information and advertising media at the Forum territory.
All the original material on the Partner (radio clips) is provided by the Partner.

6. Official Media Partner is provided with the entrance tickets to the Forum (in the number agreed upon with the Forum Organizing Committee).

7. Official Media Partner is provided with the invitations to the Forum official reception on the occasion of the Forum opening (in the number agreed upon with the Forum Organizing Committee).

8. Official Media Partner is provided with the exhibition booth (not more than 12 sq. m.).

9. Official Media Partner is provided with the corporate cell in the Forum Press Center.


         Media Partner:

1. Media Partner is assigned with the official status of the Forum Media Partner, the confirming certificate is handed.

2. Media Partner acquires the right for accreditation of the representatives (in the amount agreed upon with the Organizing Committee) to all Forum events.

3. Media Partner is provided with the exhibition booth (not more than 4 sq. m.).

4. Media Partner is provided with the invitations to the Forum official reception on the occasion of the Forum opening (in the number agreed upon with the Forum Organizing Committee).


The Forum Organizer notifies media partners in advance on all the activities within the framework of the Forum preparation and conduct, provides the necessary materials and indicates their status at all Forum events.

The concept of equal presence will be implemented for all media partners of the Forum with the participation of the same status.

General, Official, Media partners are awarded Forum diplomas.

After passing the procedure of the nominated media status validation in the Forum Organizing Committee, media plan is to be formed with a list of materials, volumes and performance time. Partner adjusts with the Forum Press Service the materials posted in accordance with the media plan.


* Publication of information from the press-conferences, briefings, approaches to the press during the Business Program is not to be considered media partner services.
** Media Partners’ own material which is supposed to be placed at the Forum events is to be agreed upon with the Forum Organizing Committee and the Press Service.
*** Transport service and individual program are made out by separate additional contracts with the operators rendering these services.


Notes:

1.    All advertising materials (text, banner, logo, poster, flyers, etc.) which are supposed to be places at the Forum territory or in the Forum official publications (website, catalogue, guide) are provided by the media partners.
2.    Deadline for providing material for the publication in the Forum catalogue (advertising page) - April 30, 2012.
3.    Deadline for providing banners and logos – April 20, 2012.
4.    Logotype should be in tif, jpg format.
5.    Banner should be in gif, jpg format, not more than 25 Kb
