FORMS OF PARTICIPATION AND REGISTRATION FEES
"Engineering Technologies 2010" Forum (hereinafter - the "Forum") provides for the following forms of participation:

General participation in the Forum, without renting display space.
Participant's registration fee makes up 950 Euros, VAT excluded.
Registration fee includes the following:
- Participation in the official events of the Forum, attending plenary meetings, attending and participating in round tables and conferences.
- Attending Exhibition and Demonstration programs.
- A package of documents for the Forum Participant.
- Participation in the reception, coffee breaks and buffets at the Forum events.
- One personalized pass of "Forum Participant" type entitling its holder to attend the Plenary Meeting and all of the Forum events.
- An additional pass allowing to attend other Forum events except the Plenary Meeting.
- A vehicle pass of "Forum Participant" type allowing to enter the parking lot on the territory of the Forum.

Participation in one event of the Forums' Business Program
Registration fee makes up 250 Euros, VAT excluded.
Registration fee includes the following:
- A package of documents for the Forum Participant.
- Participation in the conferences and round tables according to the list of events applied for.
The price includes a single visit to a single event of the Business Program, irrespective of the event form and duration, except for the Plenary Meeting. The visit is allowed only on the day specified in the pass documents. If the participant wishes to attend several events, the cost will increase depending on the number of events applied for.
This form of participation provides for no discounts on visits to the Forum.

Off-site form of participation in the Forum
Registration fee includes the following:
- A package of documents for the Forum Participant.
- Placement of information about the organization in the catalogue of the Forum Participants.
In case of off-site participation, no visits to the Forum events shall be allowed.
The cost of off-site participation is 150 Euros, VAT excluded.
- Participation in the Forum's Demonstration Program
Registration fee makes up 6,0000 Euros per 1 exhibit, VAT excluded.
Registration fee for participants of other exhibitions held within the framework of the Forum makes up 1,200 Euros per 1 exhibit, VAT excluded.
Participation fee includes:
- A package of documents for the Forum Participant.
- Visits and participation in the events of the Demonstration Program
- Attending the events of the Forum's Exhibition Program
- Placement of information about the organization in the catalogue of the Forum Participants
The above services shall be subject to 18% VAT.
The General Guidance for the participants of the International Forum "Engineering Technologies 2010" and the application form will be published after March 20, 2010.
