Dear journalists accredited for the Forum “Engineering Technologies 2012”,
The Management of the Second International Forum “Engineering Technologies 2012” invites you to take part in the media tour which will take place on June 25 in Zhukovsky (Ramenskoe Airfield, TEC Russia) where the opening of the Forum will be held on June 27.
The program of the media tour includes: the press conference of the Forum Organizers, a tour of the exhibition grounds, final rehearsal of the demonstration program “The Invincible and Legendary”, official buffet.

Meeting of the journalists: on June 25 at 08:00 a.m. at the address: Volgogradsky Prospekt, 2 (near the buses bearing the sign “Ôîðóì «ÒÂÌ-2012” - Forum “Engineering Technologies 2012”). For the representatives of the media who are going to reach Zhukovsky on their own, the time of the meeting at Check Point No.1 (ÊÏÏ ¹1) (ul. Garnayeva, M. M. Gromov Flight Research Institute, near the office of Aviasalon JSC) – 10:00 a.m. The planned departure of the buses to Moscow from the territory of TEC Russia is scheduled for 15:00.
Applications for participation in the media tour will be accepted until 17:00, June 22, at the E-mail address: pressa@forumtvm.ru. The application should include the name of the media organization, full name of the employee, position, contact telephone number, the required number of seats in the buses which depart from Volgogradsky Prospekt, 2.
ATTENTION! ONLY the journalists who were accredited for the Forum “Engineering Technologies 2012” and wear the badges “Press” can take part in the media tour.
The entrance of vehicles to the exhibition complex is allowed ONLY to vehicles which have the automobile access pass “Service” of the Forum “Engineering Technologies 2012”.
The issue of accreditations in the Moscow office of Aviasalon JSC (ul. Yefremova, 12, bldg.2) will end on June 22, at 19:00. The issue of accreditations in the registration center of the Forum in Zhukovsky starts at 09:00 a.m. on June 25 (you can find detailed information on the website of the Forum (forumtvm.ru) in the section PRESS).
