Dear organizers, participants and guests of the III International forum " Engineering Technologies - 2014" and International exhibition of arms, technology and innovations "Oboronexpo - 2014"!
The modern state policy in the sphere of military construction is aimed at increasing of combat effectiveness, firepower and mobility of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation. For solution of tasks a large-scale program of rearmament of the army and Navy is implemented, in which troops are receiving more and more modern and advanced weapons and equipment. Their samples are presented at the exhibition "Oboronexpo 2014".
The demonstration of the latest achievements of industrial enterprises - the rocket and artillery armament, armored vehicles and military vehicles, unmanned multipurpose complexes and communications - will strengthen the scientific and technological potential in the interests of defense capability and will spur the development of new technological processes.
I am sure that the work of the forum and exhibition will promote the interaction of the Russian Armed Forces and military-industrial complex, the development of international military-technical cooperation and Patriotic education of youth.
